Cancellation Policy
Group Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy Missed Sessions: We are unable to offer refunds or credits if a participant misses a scheduled group session for any reason. Sessions Cancelled by Us: If we need to cancel a session (including due to bad weather), you will receive a credit in the form of a coupon code, which can be used for money off your next block of coaching. Flexibility: Where possible, we may offer the option to attend an alternative session within the same week, subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. Private coaching: 24hrs notice is required for private lessons to be rescheduled, we are unable to offer to refunds.
