A Typical Day Includes:

9:00 – 10:30am - Warm-Up & Skill development, body ball / racket ball activities

​10:30 – 11:00am - Snack Break

11:00am – 12:00pm - Tennis-Specific Drills

12:00 – 1:00pm - Lunch

1:00 – 2:30pm - Tournament / Team Challenge

2:30 – 3:00pm - Fun Games & Match Play
